Cinnamon Doughnut Bread-Can’t get softer than this

A very moist and soft Cinnamon flavored bread with texture that is just like a cake. You can actually call it cinnamon swirl cake too.

I never was a fan of cinnamon until I started making cinnamon french toast. Now it just grew on me and I really enjoy a light woody, sweet cinnamon flavor in most of the things. But for some reason, I still don’t like cinnamon rolls.

This particular bread is something I feel anyone would like, if you are a cinnamon lover or not. It is so good, I am in love!! The entire credit for this amazing recipe goes to HotRod’s recipes.com. I followed the exact same recipe from there. If you get a chance please do try this bread out. It turns out so good every time. It is very easy to make this too, no mixer needed. So here goes the recipe.
