White Chocolate Waffles


  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 4 Tbsp Granulated sugar
  • ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
  • ¾ Cup Buttermilk (fresh laban)
  • 1 Cup Regular milk
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 Cups All purpose flour
  • 4 Tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • white chocolate chips


  • In a mixing bowl whisk together eggs and sugar with an electric beater. Beat it until light and fluffy.
  • Add, oil, milk, buttermilk and vanilla and mix.
  • Add flour, salt and baking powder and combine. There may be lumps but that’s okay.
  • Add white chocolate chips into the batter and combine.
  • Pour the batter into the heated waffle maker and cook until golden brown and crisp.
