I had actually posted a glimpse of these rice paper rolls during Ramadan as part of my meal prep content, and ever since, I’ve been flooded with messages asking for the recipe. At the time, I didn’t get a chance to film or write it down properly, and even though I kept promising to share it, I wasn’t able to make them again until now. So sorry for the delay, but I finally got around to remaking them—and made sure to document everything this time!
I really hope you give these a try. They’re simple to prepare and such a crowd-pleaser. If you love prawns and love a bit of crunch and spice, you’re going to fall in love with these rolls. Don’t forget to serve them with chili oil—it takes them to the next level. Enjoy!
