White Chocolate Tiramisu | Raffaello Cream Biscuit Layer Pudding

A very fluffy and creamy white chocolate dessert with two options for layering, one is with biscuits and the other with lady’s finger biscuits. Both tastes amazing! The cream tastes exactly like Raffaello Candy. Do try it out this Eid.

White Chocolate Tiramisu | Raffaello Cream Biscuit Layer Pudding


  • 250 Ml whipping cream
  • 125 Ml thick cream
  • ½ Tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 152 Grams white chocolate
  • ½ Cup coconut milk powder
  • ½ Tsp vanilla extract
  • tea biscuits
  • lady’s finger biscuits
  • coconut milk for dipping
  • desiccated coconut for garnish


  • In a bowl whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Add thick cream and mix gently.
  • pour condensed milk and mix, then add coconut milk powder and vanilla.
  • melt white chocolate and once cooled, add to cream mixture. Mix and pudding is ready.
  • layer by dipping either biscuits or lady’s finger biscuits in coconut milk and make 2 or three layers.
  • garnish with desiccated coconut and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
