We will be making watermelon-lime slushes with frozen pieces of watermelon rather than with ice. The flavor turns out stronger and delicious that way. The combination of the sweet watermelon and the sour lime creates a magical taste. You would just wanna drink glasses and glasses of it.

2. Run a sharp knife down the sides, taking the rind off.
3. Cut it into the desired number of disks, then cut it up into chunks.
4. Then freeze the cubes to make the Watermelon Lime Slushy!

✔Place the watermelon, simple syrup, and lime juice into a blender and pulse until blended and you get your desired consistency (I didn’t want chunks in mine, so I blended it pretty thoroughly).
✔Pour in a glass and serve.

Notes
*Simple syrup is 2 parts sugar to 1 part water. You can just microwave it to dissolve the sugar.
If you have the patience, it would be better if u could remove the seeds of the watermelon to avoid biting into them while drinking.
