A creamy, naturally sweet berry chia pudding that makes an easy, nutritious and delicious make-ahead breakfast.
This berry chia pudding is one of my favourite make-ahead breakfasts. I make it by blending frozen berries with Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, vanilla and a little honey, then leaving it in the fridge to set overnight. It’s nutritious, creamy and so easy to prepare ahead. I usually make a batch and keep it in the fridge for a quick breakfast, and it’s something my whole family enjoys—the kids especially love it.
