Chicken Garlic Bread

Crispy chicken garlic buns layered with a rich creamy garlic sauce, melted cheese, and buttery goodness in every bite.

These chicken garlic buns are the ultimate comfort snack — soft buns loaded with juicy marinated chicken, a flavorful homemade garlic cream sauce, and lots of melty cheese. The magic is in the sauce made in the same pan as the chicken, bringing all those delicious flavors together with garlic, butter, spices, cream, and cheese. Finished with homemade garlic butter and baked until golden and cheesy, these buns are seriously addictive.

Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
  

For marinating chicken:

  • 400 grams boneless chicken breast /thighs
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ Tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • black pepper
  • salt to taste

For the Sauce:

  • 1 small cube butter
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp chicken stock powder
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 cubes Cream cheese
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt to taste

For garlic butter:

  • 2 tsp chopped or grated garlic
  • 50 grams salted butter
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • ¼ Tsp oregano
  • parsley chopped

Other ingredients:

  • Brioche buns
  • mozzarella cheese
  • olives
  • jalapeno

Instructions
 

For the chicken:

  • Marinate with all the ingredients and shallow fry in little oil.

For the sauce:

  • In the same oil, add butter and drop in the onions and garlic. Saute until soft.
  • Add the spices.
  • Pour cream. Add the cream cheese and let it melt. Mix well until combined.
  • Add parsley or coriander leaves if you prefer.

To make garlic butter:

  • To softened butter add all the ingredients and milx.

To assemble:

  • Take soft brioche buns, open it in half.
  • Spread the garlic butter.
  • Spread the sauce.
  • Add the Cheese
  • Add the sliced chicken. (add whatever toppings you like)
  • Pour more sauce over the chicken and bake or airfry for 10-15 minutes.
