This ragi cake is a wholesome, refined-sugar-free treat made with ragi flour and dates.
Made without all-purpose flour, sugar, or eggs, this cake proves that healthy desserts can still be incredibly moist and delicious. The sweetness comes naturally from soft, blended dates, giving the cake a rich flavor and tender texture. I’ve added a handful of chocolate chips for extra indulgence, but you can easily skip them to keep the recipe completely sugar-free.
