Pour hot milk into a bowl with pitted dates. keep it for 20 minutes. Blend it well until smooth.
Pour oil into the dates milk.
In a separate bowl, add flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl and whisk.
Pour the dates mix into the flours and mix well.
Add walnut and chocolate chips and mix gently.
Line a 7 inch baking tray or loaf pan with baking paper and pour the batter into it.
You can add more walnuts and chocolate chips on top and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted inside comes out clean.
