Pistachio Crème Caramel – a silky, creamy dessert with a nutty pistachio twist, made effortlessly with a simple packet mix.
Crème caramel has always been close to my heart, especially during Ramadan, because it brings back so many childhood memories of my mom making the classic version using Greens caramel mix. This time, I wanted to give that nostalgic dessert a little upgrade, so I added pistachio paste and a touch of bread to make it creamier and less sweet.
The result was absolutely delicious—rich, smooth, and lightly nutty. It’s such an easy dessert to put together, perfect for when you want something light yet indulgent after iftar. Trust me, you’ll want to try this twist this Ramadan!
Pistachio Creme Caramel
Ingredients
- 2 sachet Instant creme caramel
- 3½ cup milk powdered
- 2 slices bread
- 5 tbsp pistachio spread
Instructions
- Add the caramel into the moulds and keep ready
- Pour milk to a pan and add powdered bread to it and mix.
- Once the milk comes to a boil add caramel custard sachet and mix.
- Add pistachio sauce. Once the whole mixture comes to a boil turn off the heat.
- Pour into moulds and let it set in the refrigerator.
- serve with pistachios or plain.
