Coconut Pudding

Agar Coconut Pudding is a light, silky, and deeply comforting dessert made with just four simple ingredients—perfect when you want something quick, easy, and delicious.

If you ask me to choose my favourite pudding of all time, I wouldn’t even hesitate—this tender coconut-style coconut pudding is truly the king of puddings for me. It’s made with coconut milk and regular milk, then gently set with agar to create the most soft, delicate texture that melts in your mouth. The best part is how effortlessly it comes together, making it ideal for busy days when you have no time but still crave a homemade treat. I’ve tried making coconut pudding in many different ways, but this particular version is one I absolutely love, and I discovered it on Fara’s Flavours—so full credit for the recipe goes to her.

  • Once it gets heated take 1 cup of milk and add coconut into it. Blend it.
