. A trendy, flavour-packed donor kebab wrap that’s taken over Instagram.
This viral donor kebab wrap has been all over Instagram lately, and I finally decided to give it a try. The idea instantly caught my attention because it looked fun, different, and perfect for quick meals.
I ended up making it with both chicken and mutton, and to my surprise, the chicken version turned out to be my favourite. It was juicy, flavourful, and so easy to put together. If this trend has been popping up on your feed too, consider this your sign to give it a go!

Viral Doner Kebab Wrap
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken/ mutton mince
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- black pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 green chilli
- 1 tbsp oil
For tahina sauce:
- ½ cup tahina
- ½ cup yoghurt
- 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
- pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
Other ingredients:
- pickled jalapenos
- fried eggplants
- cabbage
- sriracha sauce
- pickled onions
Instructions
- Add onion and green chilli in a food processor and chop really fine. Or manually chop very fine.
- Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
- Spread it on a parchment paper and place another paper on top and roll it flat until very thin.
- roll the paper into a log andairfry for 15 minutes.
- take it out and you will get flat doner style kebab.
to make sauce:
- blend everything together
To assemble:
- take a tortilla wrap add sauce, doner, fried eggplants, jalapenos, onion pickle, cabbage, sriracha sauce and roll the wrap.
- toast it in butter and serve.
