Silk Dosa
A soft, melt-in-the-mouth dosa made with rice, egg, and coconut milk, delicately cooked in ghee for a rich, silky finish.
- 1 cup jeerakashala rice/ basmati rice
- 1½ cups coconut milk
- 1½ cups water
- 1 egg
- salt to taste
- Soak rice in water for an hour. Drain. 
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend or grind until very smooth and silky. 
- Take a pan/tawa add let it become very hot. Once the pan is very hot, pour a ladle full of batter and swirl the pan. 
- Pour ghee all over and fold the dosa and take it out. 
- Serve with curry, coconut milk oe ghee and sugar.
