Watermelon-Lime Slushy



  • 2 cups watermelon diced and frozen for at least 2 hours
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup* or just 4-5 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • lemon slices for garnish



  • Place the watermelon, simple syrup, and lime juice into a blender and pulse until blended and you get your desired consistency (I didn’t want chunks in mine, so I blended it pretty thoroughly).
  • Pour in a glass and serve.


*Simple syrup is 2 parts sugar to 1 part water. You can just microwave it to dissolve the sugar.
If you have the patience, it would be better if u could remove the seeds of the watermelon to avoid biting into them while drinking.
