Mix all dough ingredients and knead for about 10 minutes until soft and elastic.
Lightly oil, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Divide into 10 balls. Let rest 10 minutes.Roll each into a thin circle and fold double. Place on a baking tray with baking paper.
Cover and let rise another 25 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Brush buns with milk.Sprinkle with bread crumbs.Bake for 10–12 minutes (top & bottom heat).
Cover immediately with a clean cloth after baking to keep them soft.
