Cotton Candy (Pullu Mutayi) Cream Pudding
This is a light and creamy dessert layered with rose-infused pudding, crushed Lotus biscuits, fluffy cotton candy, and pistachios — a sweet treat that tastes as dreamy as it looks!
For Custard:
- 500 ml milk
- 400 grams condensed milk
- 300 ml whipping cream
- 1-2 tsp rose water
- 5 tbsp cornflour
For Topping:
- cotton candy/Pullu mutayi
- crushed lotus biscuits
- pistachios
Mix cornflour in ½ cup of cold milk and keep aside.
Combine milk, cream, condensed milk, and corn flour slurry in a heavy bottom pan and heat it on medium heat. Keep stirring until smooth and thick. The custard should be thick pudding like consistency. Once it thickens add in rose water and if you prefer orange blossom water too.
Pour into cups and refrigerate it.
While serving, add crushed lotus biscuits, cotton candy (Lots) and pistachios.
