In a bowl add butter and sugar and whisk until light and fluffy.
Add flour in two batches and mix until combined.
You can add vanilla if you like.
Cover with plastic wrap and Refrigerate the dough for half an hour.
Roll out the dough and cut into whatever shape you like with a cookie cutter.
Place in a lined baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes at 180℃
Dust powdered sugar on top and enjoy.
