In a bowl whip whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Add thick cream and mix gently.
pour condensed milk and mix, then add coconut milk powder and vanilla.
melt white chocolate and once cooled, add to cream mixture. Mix and pudding is ready.
layer by dipping either biscuits or lady’s finger biscuits in coconut milk and make 2 or three layers.
garnish with desiccated coconut and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold.
