Cookies and Cream Pudding Shots



  • Yields 8-10 shot glasses
  • 8-10 Oreos crushed
  • 100 g Marie biscuit/Graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp bournvita/ milo/ nesquik/ instant coffee powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 g unsalted butter softened
  • 500 ml thick cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence



  • Whisk butter till creamy.
  • Whisk the cream in butter till light and fluffy.
  • Add in condensed milk, sugar and vanilla essence and cream again.


  • Mix the bournvita powder in water and keep aside.
  • Dip marie biscuits in this mix and layer on the bottom of a shot glass.
  • Next add in the cream.
  • Add a layer of crushed oreo.
  • Again add cream, then marie, cream and finally oreos.
  • Chill in refrigerator for about 4 hours.
  • Garnish with galaxy flute.


✔️ Use piping bag to pour the cream in the glasses neatly.
✔️ You can also use whipped cream for this, if you prefer that.
✔️ This pudding can be presented in a shot glass or flute glass. You can also assemble the entire pudding in one big dish and cut them in squares once chilled.
✔️ As this pudding is a little heavy on the stomach, it is preferable to serve these in smaller portions.
