In a bowl add flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Mix
In another bowl add sugar, milk, egg and oil and whisk until well combined.
POur the wet mixture into the dry mix.
Mix well first with a spoon and then knead it with hands for 5 minutes.
Let the dough rest for an hour.
Divide the dough into two. Roll out the dough into 1 inch thickness.
Cut the dough into cubes and deep fry until golden brown on both sides for 2 minutes.
Dust it with powdered sugar and it’s ready to eat.
