Marinate the chicken pieces in chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Keep it aside for half an hour.
Shallow fry these chicken pieces till cooked well and slightly charred on the outside.
Melt butter in a non-stick pan. Add a tsp of the oil in which you fried the chicken, if any left.
Splutter the curry leaves and then add green chillies. To that add tomato ketchup and sweet chili sauce. Sauté for about 4-5 mins. The sauce should become slightly thick.
To this add soy sauce and sugar. Sauté again.
Then add the fried chicken pieces to this mixture and mix well till the sauce is coated well all over the chicken.
Serve immediately.

Notes: ✔️Chicken should be fried to perfection, which means chicken shouldn’t be too dry. You can fry the chicken ahead of time but mix it in the sauce just before serving.
