Peri Peri Chicken Wrap
A spicy and saucy chicken wrap with peri peri flavored chicken and sauce.
for peri peri chicken:
- 400 Grams boneless chicken thighs
- ½ Tsp thyme
- 1 Tsp garlic powder
- ¼ Tsp oregano
- 1 Tsp soya sauce
- 2 Tsp paprika powder
- ½ Tsp red chilli flakes
- 1 Chicken stock cube
- 1 Tsp lemon juice
- ½ Tsp black pepper powder
- ¼ Cup garlic peri peri sauce
- vegetable oil
for assembling:
- cabbage
- carrot
- pickled jalapenos
- sriracha chilli sauce/ chilli sauce
for mayo sauce:
- 5 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ Tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Cooked chicken marinade
- parsley
- ½ Tsp garlic puree
marinate chicken with all ingredients except oil.
Shallow fry on high heat for 15 minutes.
take out the chicken and cut it further into smaller pieces.
Take out a spoon of cooked marinade and add it into mayonnaise for later use.
Transfer chicken back into the oil and fry on high heat for 2 minutes.
